This service is critical to the start of most projects. Together with the client, the scope of works are acquired and converted into an accurate Bill of Quantities to which a number of reputable contractors are invited to tender on and will then be adjudicated by DMU and the client will be advised on their best options in our opinion.

As part of our Tender Process, Project Management/Facilitation automatically forms part of our service delivery, which includes project monitoring throughout, weekly site inspections, bi-weekly in depth project reports and managing of Project Programs and Claims.

We have the required tools and skill set to do comprehensive Quality Assurance, converting findings into a photographic report for ease of reference and to ensure peace of mind with regards to specification adherence.
